At Bellview Driving School we specialise in providing expert driving tuition to our customers throughout Lanarkshire and the surrounding areas.

We offer a range of options for driving lessons to suit your requirements. Lessons are available in 1 hour, 1 and a half or 2 hour slots and can be purchased as a block booking of 5 or 10 hours. We also offer Pass Plus lessons and refresher courses for more experienced drivers who have already passed their test but want to improve their driving skills. We also encourage motorway lessons after you pass your practical test.

Introduction of the new driving test from 4th December 2017

The main changes to be introduced are a longer independent driving section (20 minutes, versus the current 10 minutes) which will be supported by a satnav, and changes to the manoeuvres. The intention is that these changes will make it easier for the test to encompass a wider range of busier and faster roads. This is because the modified manoeuvres can be done in a wider range of locations and the use of a satnav will enable greater route variability. One of the show me tell me questions will also be asked on the move.

Motorway Driving

From Monday 4 June 2018, learner drivers were able to take driving lessons on motorways in England, Scotland and Wales. Motorway lessons are now included in all our courses.

This will help to make sure more drivers know how to use motorways safely.
